Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born on 15 September 1915, in Ogden Utah. Fawn McKay, brought up in the Mormon Church's First Family, employed her creative talents and skills in researching to produce the intriguing biographical psycho-historical study of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945, under the name"No Man is a Master of My History, she used both. That title was taken from a funeral sermon delivered by the founder of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844, when he shocked those he addressed with the words: You don't know me I never told you about my heart.
